Article 1 - Identity of the Entrepreneur

VAT Identification Number: Exempt from VAT under Section 25 of the Dutch Turnover Tax Act (artikel 25 wet OB).

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Kind Essentials and to every established agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 3 - The Offer

If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without providing reasons for a period of 14 days. This cooling-off period begins on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer.

Article 5 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products:

Which by their nature cannot be returned;
Which can spoil or age quickly;
Which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and where the seal has been broken after delivery. Please note: As soon as you break the seal of our cosmetics/skincare, your right to return expires.

Article 6 - The Price

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products offered will not be increased. All prices mentioned are exempt from VAT under the Small Business Scheme (KOR).

Article 7 - Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.

Article 8 - Delivery and Execution

The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing product orders. The final delivery deadline is 30 days, unless a shorter period has been agreed upon.

Article 9 - Payment

Unless otherwise determined, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid immediately upon placing the order via the offered payment methods.

Article 10 - Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within a reasonable time via info@kindessentials.nl.
