Are Kind Essentials products truly 100% natural?

Absolutely. Our own line is formulated by us using 100% natural powerhouses. We do not use synthetic additives or harsh substances. Every ingredient is handpicked by Kind Essentials to support your skin in a gentle yet effective way.

Are the scents of your products natural?

Yes, within our collections, all scent compositions are 100% vegan. They are carefully formulated with natural aromatic substances, without the use of phosphates or other synthetic preservatives. We exclusively use flower and fruit extracts and pure essential oils.

What are Linalool, Limonene, and Geraniol?

These are natural components that occur naturally in plants and essential oils, such as lavender or citrus. Because a small percentage of people can be sensitive to these, we are legally required to list them specifically. Think of it as an extra layer of transparency for the safety of your skin.

What does the COSMOS Organic certification entail?

When you see this logo on our products, you know you are dealing with the gold standard for organic cosmetics. COSMOS Organic guarantees not only that the ingredients are organic but also evaluates the entire process: from environmentally friendly production and processing to biodegradable packaging. It is your guarantee that the product is truly as green as it promises.

Why is a product 100% natural but not 100% organic?

Not everything from nature can be classified as "organic." Ingredients such as water, clay, salt, and minerals are not "grown," meaning they can never legally receive the organic label, even though they are 100% natural. Additionally, some of our plants grow in the wild or come from small-scale farmers who work naturally but do not hold an expensive organic certificate.

Are Kind Essentials products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our philosophy is based on gentleness. Because everyone is unique, we always recommend testing a new product on a small patch of skin first (e.g., the inside of your wrist).

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes. We believe that beauty should never come at the expense of animals. All of our partners share this value.

Do I not need a night cream?

That’s exactly right! Many night creams contain fillers that simply sit on top of the skin. Our serum is "nutrition in a bottle." It provides your skin with the building blocks it needs to truly recover overnight, without the need for a heavy cream.

Does the day cream contain sun protection?

The Pure Botanical Day Cream is our "Botanical Barrier." The raspberry seed oil in the cream acts as a natural antioxidant shield against environmental stress. While it offers beautiful, clean protection for daily use, it does not have an official SPF rating. For a day in bright sunlight, we recommend wearing a mineral sunscreen over the cream.

Directly after placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Haven't received it after 10 minutes? Please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & Returns

At Kind Essentials, we do our utmost to ship your package with the same care we use to select our products. Below you will find everything you need to know about receiving and returning your order.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Time: We strive to ship your order within 1–2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us.
• Shipping costs: The Netherlands: €6.95. Germany, Belgium & Luxembourg: €9.95. Free shipping on orders over €75.
• Carriers: We ship our packages via PostNL, DHL, DPD, or FedEx.

Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

It can happen that a product isn't quite what you expected. No worries — you always have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. The costs for the return shipment from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.

Please note the conditions: Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and skincare), we can only accept returns if the seal is unbroken and the product is unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

How do I return an item?

1. Register your return by sending an email to info@kindessentials.nl with the subject: Return #OrderNumber.
2. Pack the product carefully (preferably using the original shipping box).
