Ylang Ylang is the sweetest of essential oils. The cananga tree, originally growing in Indonesia and the Philippines, has intriguing greenish-yellow flowers that release an intoxicating scent. The scent can be described as warm, sweet, and floral. Excellent as part of a (skin) perfume. On the skin (when mixed with a base oil), Ylang Ylang balances sebum levels and can be used for dry skin, oily skin, and pimples. However, ylang-ylang has the greatest influence on the psyche: it relaxes and calms nervousness.

Use in a fragrance lamp or aroma diffuser or use in a composition for cosmetic products.
