How to use
Zechsal Body Cream: Use the body cream as needed. Very nice for hands and feet. Also suitable for skin care after using magnesium oil or gel. Due to its mild composition, it is excellent for use on children.
Zechsal Hair & Body Wash: As a shampoo, it is especially suitable for people with an irritated scalp or limp & lifeless hair. In many cases, it helps get rid of an itchy scalp.
Zechsal Bath Crystals: A soothing bath for relaxation and skin care requires a dosage of half to 1 kg. The same dosage is recommended for maintaining your magnesium balance. After the bath, your skin will feel pleasant and supple. The recommended bath temperature in all cases is 37 degrees Celsius. The bathing time is at least 20 minutes, optimally 45 minutes. The frequency depends on your personal needs.
