Zechsal magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride, dissolved in water. It is called magnesium oil because it has an oily feel. How to use
Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (approx. 200 mg, half of the daily requirement). Leave on for at least 10 minutes. Rinse off afterwards if desired. Tip: if the skin is warm (e.g., after showering or exercise), this greatly promotes absorption. Avoid contact with your eyes or open wounds, as this may cause a stinging sensation.
