Zechsal Magnesium Oil Spray
Zechsal magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride, dissolved in water. It is called magnesium oil because it feels oily. Magnesium oil is extremely suitable for quickly and effectively absorbing magnesium through the skin. Convenient and economical to use, for the entire body.
The best places to absorb magnesium are the feet, armpits, and abdominal area. But if you suffer from cramps or tense muscles, it is also advisable to treat the affected area itself.

31% magnesium chloride, aqua.
Usage
Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (approx. 200 mg, half of the daily requirement). Allow it to work for at least 10 minutes. Rinse off afterwards if desired. A slight tingling and a warm sensation are normal and indicate that the magnesium is being absorbed. Your skin will become pleasantly supple and you can enjoy complete relaxation.
Tip: if the skin is warm (e.g. after showering or after exercise), this greatly promotes absorption. Avoid contact with your eyes or open wounds, as this can cause a stinging sensation.
