Zechsal Baking Soda
A great combination with Zechsal foot bath or regular bath. When used together, Zechsal baking soda and Zechsal magnesium enhance each other. Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3-) forms an alkaline buffer in our blood. It ensures that the blood remains slightly alkaline (pH 7.365) by neutralizing acidic waste products. Sodium bicarbonate is also commonly called baking soda because of its purifying effect in removing acids. Various scientific studies show that as we age, the amount of sodium bicarbonate in our blood decreases. Dr. Lynda Frassetto has shown that a substantial decrease in bicarbonate buffers begins at the average age of 40. From this age, many acidification complaints also arise.

Usage
Use as an additive to a Zechsal (foot) bath. When used together, Zechsal baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and Zechsal magnesium enhance each other.
Add approx. 20 grams (1 tablespoon) of baking soda to a magnesium foot bath and approx. 100 grams to a regular bath.
Oral use is also possible, for daily maintenance: mix 2.5 grams (half a teaspoon) with 125 ml of water. Take on an empty stomach or just before a meal.
