Ginger CO2 extract is a wonderfully warming oil extracted from the rhizome of the ginger plant using CO2 extraction.
Ginger is an oil used in many foods. It is one of the most important and oldest spices and has been cultivated for over 3000 years. Unlike distilled oil, the CO2 extract does contain components responsible for the sharp taste of ginger, the so-called gingerols and shogaol phenols, and the ketone gingerone. The scent of the CO2 extract is close to fresh ginger. The scent of ginger can be described as warm, spicy-woody, and vaguely reminiscent of citrus.
Ingredients
Zingiber officinale root extract (100% ORGANIC), naturally contains: Citral, Limonene, Geraniol, Linalool, Farnesol, Citronellol.
Usage
This organic essential oil is suitable for use in the kitchen, among other things. You can add it to dishes drop by drop.
Unlike dried herbs, pure essential oils retain their specific scent, taste, and "Chi": the life force of the flower or plant.
