Chi Scent Block square assorted
These unique scent blocks are handmade by people with intellectual or physical disabilities. The scent blocks are ideal for making small spaces such as toilets and wardrobes or shoe cabinets smell pleasant. And perfect for on your desk, next to your bed or in the baby's room.
Drip an average of 3 to 10 drops of essential oil of your choice onto the scent block. The oil is absorbed by the porous material and diffused into the nearby space. The scent blocks may vary in color and finish.
Scent blocks allow you to safely provide small spaces (1 to 2 m2) with a subtle fragrance. The possibilities of scent blocks are endless: children's room, hotel room, bathroom, cabinets, car, next to the PC, on the nightstand, etc. In short, you can create a pleasant atmosphere with this scent block in any location. The aroma stone is also good and easy to use in an infrared sauna. Place the scent block in a corner of the cabin. The heat will quickly spread the scent of the oil throughout the cabin for the desired effect.
Drip some essential oil of your choice onto the scent block. Because the scent blocks are made of porous material, the oil is absorbed. The colored glaze on the bottom ensures that the oil cannot leak through the scent block. Essential oil is volatile and therefore automatically diffuses into the nearby space.
In principle, oil can be dripped onto the scent stone repeatedly, even if it is a different oil. However, the scent of the previously used oil never completely disappears. We advise against using too many scents together. For example, use one scent stone for essential oil with a citrus scent and one scent stone for essential oil with a woody scent.

The scent blocks have been made since 2000 by a Chi partner: Stichting Amarant Tilburg, which provides care to people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. The scent blocks are handmade, which can result in variations in shape and color. Each item is therefore unique!

Usage
Number of drops
On average, you use 3 to 10 drops of essential oil. However, this depends on which oil you use. For example, thyme oil is much stronger than lemon oil. The number of drops also depends on the desired intensity of the scent. For a good night's sleep, it is nice if the scent is not too overpowering. Do you want to put a scent block with essential oil in the shoe cabinet to combat unpleasant odors? Then you can use a bit more. The scent and its intensity can be adjusted to your preference. Are you not so familiar with essential oils? Then start with a few drops. It is always possible to add more drops.
