Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil*, Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Herb Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense Oil), Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood) Bark Oil, Cymbopogon Flexuosus (Lemongrass) Oil*, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Limonene+, Linalool+, Citral+, Citronellol+, Geraniol+, Eugenol+, Benzyl Benzoate+, Coumarin+. *Certified organic ingredients, +Naturally occurring in essential oils
Usage
All Green People essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted before use. Do not apply directly to the skin.
This oil blend can be used in several ways:
Mix 6-8 drops in your diffuser. We recommend adding no more than two drops of essential oil per 20 ml of water.
Mix 25-50 drops with 100 ml of water/alcohol and use as a room spray/freshener
Put 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale
Mix 6-8 drops with a fragrance-free shower gel for bathing
Mix 5 drops into 2 teaspoons/10 ml carrier oil for massage
Mix 1 or 2 drops into a soft balm and apply to pulse points
Apply 1 drop to each side of your pillow before bed
Warnings
This essential oil is not for ingestion. Consult your doctor immediately if the product is swallowed or comes into contact with the eyes.
The essential oil should be used within 12 months of opening. This item is flammable and should not be used near open flames. If you have a skin condition, asthma, or epilepsy, consult your doctor or a professional aromatherapist before use. The essential oil is best stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Always keep out of reach of children and pets. We advise against pouring excess water from the diffuser down the sink.
