Usage
For steaming - dissolve 1 teaspoon in hot, not boiling, water several times a day. Inhale the released vapors for 10 to 15 minutes.
For rubbing: rub chest, back, and neck several times a day, also before bedtime, and cover warmly.

Store sealed at room temperature, out of reach of children.
