Weleda Gencydo Nasal Spray
Gencydo Nasal Spray helps to reduce swelling of the nasal mucous membranes when pollen is in the air. It also supports proper moisture balance in the nose. You can breathe more freely thanks to the mild spray made from pure natural lemon juice and quince extract in a physiological saline solution.

Ingredients
Gencydo® Nasal Spray contains per 10 ml solution 80 - 120 mg fresh lemon juice (corresponding to 6.5 mg fruit acids calculated as citric acid), 300 mg aqueous extract of 97 mg fresh quince fruits.
Directions for use
Children from 12 years and adults: 3-5 times a day, spray 1 to 2 times into each nostril. Children 4 to 12 years: 3-4 times a day, spray 1 time into each nostril. Children younger than 4 years in consultation with a treating physician. Proceed as follows: 1 first blow your nose well or clean it thoroughly; 2 remove the protective cap from the bottle; 3 for the first use: hold the bottle vertically and press the spray head several times until a mist appears 4 for use: insert the spray head into one nostril and close the other nostril. Hold the bottle vertically and spray deep into the nostril by pressing the spray head down once and simultaneously inhaling through the nose 5 repeat this for the other nostril; 6 wipe the spray head after each use and immediately replace the cap
