Weleda Gencydo nasal spray
Gencydo Nasal Spray helps reduce nasal mucous membrane swelling caused by airborne pollen. It also supports good moisture balance in the nose. You can breathe more freely quickly due to the mild spray of pure natural lemon juice and quince extract in a physiological saline solution.

Composition
Gencydo® Nasal Spray contains per 10 ml solution 80 - 120 mg fresh lemon juice (corresponding to 6.5 mg fruit acids calculated as citric acid), 300 mg aqueous extract of 97 mg fresh quince fruits.
Usage
Children from 12 years and adults: 3-5 times a day, 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril. Children 4 to 12 years: 3-4 times a day 1 spray in each nostril. Children younger than 4 years in consultation with the attending physician.
Proceed as follows:
1 first blow your nose thoroughly or clean it well;
2 remove the protective cap from the bottle;
3 for first use: hold the bottle vertically and press the spray head several times until a mist appears
4 use: insert the spray head into one nostril and close the other nostril. Hold the bottle vertically and spray deeply into the nostril by pressing the spray head down once and inhaling through the nose simultaneously.
5 repeat this for the other nostril;
6 wipe the spray head after each use and immediately replace the cap
